Tropical Cyclone Carlos: 11 February 2011

Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA)

This assistance is provided through the joint Australian and state government Natural Disaster Relief and Recovery Arrangements (NDRRA) and applies to the natural disaster declared areas in each state.

NDRRA assistance is being made for the Northern Territory tropical cyclone Carlos event which commenced on 11 February 2011 that affected the local government areas of Darwin, Roper Gulf, Victoria-Daly, West Arnhem and Tiwi Islands.

NDRRA assistance includes:

  • assistance for the restoration of essential public assets, and
  • clean up and recovery grants of up to $25,000 for primary producers, small business and not for profit organisations.​​​​​
